Salad with bacon and egg

Classic French salad that is eaten also as a main dish, with a slice of toast.

Ingredients
1 lettuce or a mixture of various greens
200gr. sliced bacon cut into small sticks
4 eggs
chopped parsley
For the sauce
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 teaspoons soup vinegar
1 teaspoon sweet mustard
1 clove garlic (optional)
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Coarsely chop the lettuce and put it in a bowl.
Saute the bacon in a non-stick pan until golden brown and crispy.
Soft boil the eggs . Meanwhile, mix the salad with the bacon and parsley and beat the sauce ingredients in the mixer. Add the sauce to the salad and mix gently.
Finally, put the eggs on top with a little salt and pepper, so that they do not dissolve. All the flavor is when the egg white is broken and the soft yolk rolls on the greens and the bacon.
Tips
It will take 4-5 minutes from the moment the water boils.
