Aromatic salad with orzo

Ingredients

400gr. orzo
3 spring onions, finely chopped
1 large roasted Florin pepper, in cubes
1 tablespoon chopped dill
1 tablespoon chopped basil or parsley
2 tablespoons capers
1/2 cup of pitted olives, sliced
Salt & Pepper
For the sauce
1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar (Kalamata)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard or other strong mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1/3 cup olive oil
Instructions
Boil the orzo in plenty of salted water for 8-10 minutes and drain well.
Immediately mix it with two or three tablespoons of oil so that it does not stick and place it in a large bowl.
Add the rest of the salad ingredients, spread salt and pepper and mix well.
Prepare the sauce: Whisk all the sauce ingredients together and pour over your salad.
Mix well to cover the ingredients with the sauce and put the salad in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
