Potato salad with smoked salmon and brick

Ingredients
1 kg small potatoes
150gr. smoked salmon, cut into strips
1 large cucumber, cut into thin slices
1 teaspoon sweet capers
3 spring onions, cut into slices
3 tablespoons Brick soup (salmon eggs or any other fish)
6 sprigs of chopped dill
salt
For the sauce
half a cup of olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
½ κουτ. sweet sugar
½ teaspoon sweet paprika
Instructions
Boil the potatoes in plenty of salted water.
Take care of their boiling so that they do not melt but are al-dente, that is, they last a while. Drain them and clean their skin. Cut them in half in a salad bowl and salt.
Beat all the sauce ingredients in the blender until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Add all the other salad ingredients, mix gently with the sauce and serve.
