HAM AND PICKLE ROLL UPS

INGREDIENTS

½ pound thinly sliced ham

4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

4 large kosher dill pickles (or equal amount of baby dills), patted dry

INSTRUCTIONS

On your cutting board, place one piece of ham.

Top the ham with cream cheese (you can do as thin or thick of a layer as you want).

Roll up the ham and place the pickle on one end.

Slice into 12" pieces with a sharp knife.

Before serving, chill for one hour.
