Classic potato salad

Favorite salad - snack that ideally accompanies beer, wine

and goes well with sausages and grilled meat.

Ingredients

1 kg of potatoes

2 onions, sliced

2 spring onions, chopped

20 black olives

1/2 cup of chopped pickled cucumber

2 tablespoons capers

1 clove of garlic, chopped

1 small glass of white wine

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon Sweet Mustard

4 tablespoons chopped parsley

Salt & Pepper

Instructions

Prepare the potatoes 2 hours before serving. Wash them well and put them in cold salted water. Boil them until they soften or steam them (test if they softened enough by dipping a fork or knife).

While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the vinaigrette: Mix the onions, garlic and parsley in a bowl and pour the olive oil over them, mixed with the apple cider vinegar and the Mustard Federation.

When the potatoes are done, peel them while they are still hot, leave them whole if they are too small or cut them into slices if they are large. Put them hot in a bowl and pour the wine and the vinaigrette mixture over them. Season with salt and pepper and let the potato salad absorb the aromas.

Add the olives, the pickled cucumber, the capers and serve it on rocket leaves or very fresh raw spinach.
