AIR FRYER TACO STUFFED SHELLS

Ground beef

Green bell pepper

Yellow onion

Taco seasoning

Jumbo pasta shells

Monterey Jack Cheese (or other favorite cheese)

Instructions

Cook pasta shells until al dente according to package directions in a pot of boiling water. Drain and set aside, making sure the shells don't cling together while cooling.

Combine the ground beef, diced veggies, and taco seasoning in a pan over medium heat. Cook until the vegetables are soft and the ground beef is brown. Before stuffing the shells, allow the filling to cool somewhat.

Place about 1 teaspoon of meat mixture in a filling shell, then a 1/2-inch cube of cheese on top of the meat mixture in the first shell. Wrap the second shell around the first and place on top.

Spray the shells with avocado oil or nonstick spray and bake in batches at 400 ° f for 7 minutes, without flipping. Allow around 10 minutes of cooking time at 350 ° f if baking the Taco Stuffed Shells in the oven. Combine sour cream with spicy sauce to make a dipping sauce.
